Have a client who recently upgraded to 2022.2 from 2019. She has one user who cannot see anything when she tries the Customer Last Purchase History LOOKUP on the Lines in SO Entry.
We created a new user - nada. We setup the new user with the exact same role the manager has, and the manager can see the CLP, and the new user, nada.
I give. WTH?
