  • 1.  ROI Processing Error

    When attempting to update the Daily Receipt Register, our client is getting the "Receipts found for Work Tickets that are currently being billing in the S/O Invoice Entry" message.  They are using 2015 (5.20.5,0) with Job Ops. No one is processing S/O Invoice Entry at this time and we have re-initialized the S/O_InvoiceDetail, SO_InvoiceHeader, etc..files and the error is still occurring. Any ideas where to look next?

    Review the AR_CashReceiptHeader and AR_CashReceiptDetail.  Had to do this yesterday, too, and found a blank record in AR_CashReceiptDetail.

    So it turned out we have to edit the JT_WorkTicket and clear out the HdrWTInvoicedComplete field value then the register update worked.
