Sage 100

Client on 2018 has a ROG that doesn't appear to have posted to the GL.  If you pull up the ROG, there is an active icon next to an actual source journal and if you click on it, it includes 2 other ROG done at the same time.  These are actual inventory items, the GL account was not changed on the lines, no invoice number by mistake.
Anyone else had a client see this on 2018?  Is there something I'm forgetting to look for?  I even looked back to make sure it somehow didn't say Drop Ship as the type.

I would guess the GL Account thing also.  Maybe try the exact same thing (on its own with no other trans) in a copy of that company.
