Connecting Sage 100cloud to Office 365 apps and flows requires IIS. As most Sage 100 installs are on a Windows server, IIS will be available. Shouldn't be too much of a performance hot as it isn't hosing a website, just the conduit. What Steve showed at MOTM was connected to a hosted 100cloud site.
A user license will probably be required. I believe the conduit will be communicating via the Business Objects enabling not just query, but write back as well. UDFs are fully exposed through BO. Looks like there is a learn curve to apps and flows. Steve admitted he has been reading blog posts and watching YouTube.

Reading between the lines of all the mentions of Office 365 integrations --- I wonder whether to take advantage of future enhancements which rely heavily on Office 365 whether partners will have to step in and help to manage that Office 365 setup.
