RMAs. Have a client doing repair work, but has a policy of sending a swap immediately if the client has paid for ""advanced shipping"". So you choose Replacement as Customer Action and Repair as Item, and it lets you create a cross ship Sales Order. All is good.
Then we receive the bad item, which we are going to repair (and send back to the client - and when we receive the new item back, they get a credit memo). I change the Customer Action to Repair and it SAYS it will create a Sales Order, just as if I had selected Repair when I originally create the RMA, but it DOES NOT. WTH?
