Customer is restructuring their RMA Return Reason codes and have asked me to change the RMA history files so they can get meaningful reports when analyzing the data. Come to find out, RMA has 2 history files where Return codes are stored. RA_ReceiptsHistoryDetail and RA_ReturnReasonDetail. I can select and update the first one in V/I but RA_ReturnReasonDetail is not showing up for me to import into. Anyone have any idea why? Do I need to change something to make it show up in VI? TIA.
