  • 1.  RMA not generating credit memo

    Sage 100c 2018.3 Advanced - having an issue with the RMA generate transactions not creating credit memos.  The customer action on the RMA is set to Replace and the generate transactions report shows it will be generating a CM and SO.  The SO gets created just fine but it makes a new batch of invoices with nothing in it.  When I go back to RMA Inquiry and select the Generated Documents button there IS a Credit Memo number listed but it doesn't exist anywhere.  Any ideas??

    Any UDF's in SO Invoice header or detail that are required.

    or User does not have rights to SO invoice entry....

    There are a bunch of UDF's on the invoice header but none are required.  I am testing with an admin user with full rights too.
    Both great ideas Jeff, thank you. 

    Anyone have other suggestions?​

    Invoice scripts?  Customer has a default tax schedule? Create the CM manually and see if you encounter any prompts for data which might be missing...
