RMA - if customer's credit limit is exceeded (or they're on credit hold) and the user does not have permissions to overrride credit limits then an RMA cannot be entered (it doesn't even give you the option to enter the RMA with a hold status). So what if the customer's exceeded their credit limit because they're waiting to process returns for credit that would reduce their liability? How do your customer's handle this without giving credit limit override permissions to users?

Wouldn't you require another user to login - maybe a supervisor?

@WayneSchulz yes a supervisor could login and/or enter the RMA but it's not very convenient and seems that sooner or later the supervisor's going to get tired of it. The client has lots of retruns to deal with and enough of the time the customer's at near or over their credit limit. It seems to me that RMA entry should offer the ""Hold"" option at the credit limit screen like it does in SO for user's not authorized to override credit limit.

@MoiraGoggin, did you get anywhere with this? https://partners.sagenorthamerica.com/irj/go/km/docs/sageKM/Sage%20MAS%2090%20and%20200/Gated%20Customers/Warr_Svc_Support%20Plan/541883.html I think it'd also be good if Role Maint had module-specific Credit Override options, because in my client's case, the user should not be able to Override in A/R or S/O, but in RMA it'd be ok.

@BrettZimmerman - no didn't move any further along on this one. Same issue as yours. If would be nice to have a credit option for RMA in role maintenace or at least make it work like SO, where they can put it on hold.
