Attached is a Word document of the By Laws as amended earlier this year. We voted on them earlier this year and we will need to all sign them to make it official. As you recall the one change was Article VI, Section 2, paragraph 1. We added the following sentence to end the paragraph; "Directors must be voting members in good standing."
