  • 1.  Restrict auto pricing recalc in SO Entry

    v2018.  Customer often discounts items via price change in SO Entry (price is $34.95, they change it to $30.00).  When that order is accessed again for whatever reason and the Quantity is changed, the price automatically recalcs/changes back to $34.95.  Is there a way to turn off the auto recalc of pricing when a change is made to the row?

    Modification of Sales Order Entry programs to disable price recalculation if/when users change line itemprice manually and Price Has Been Overridden flag has been set by standard Sage 100 functionality. Neither changing quantities or warehouse code on the line, nor pressing Price recalculation button will trigger pricerecalculation on such lines. The only way to enter a new unit price will be to manually modify it.

    (+) Retain original S/O Entry line item price - Sage 100 Business Object Interface - Sage 100 - Sage City Community

    Similar issue to what you were dealing with but I think Nancy's request falls more in line with the SageCity post.
