    Client processing PR today.  Above error message is encountered during tax calculation to the cloud.

    When I run a PR from my system, tax calculation works.  Client is in VA as well.

    Thoughts?

    Go to URL Maintenance from Library Master / Setup. Ask client's IT to whitelist all those endpoints.

    Besides having IT whitelist what's in URL Maintenance, Sage KB ID 88017 says to "allow access to https://spa.na.sage.com/ on port 443 ". That sounds like it's on the money for P/R Tax Calc SPA web service access.

    In case you don't want to keep trying P/R Tax Calc to test as IT whitelists the endpoints, if you dare, an alternate way to test is by typing this in at SYZCON from the prompt:

    open(1)"[tcp]spa.na.sage.com;443"

    No error returned means good news and you should try running P/R Tax Calc. If an error does occur, to repeat the command use the up arrow (or down arrow) to save time. When all done type BYE to close the SYZCON window.

    I just took a report of this as well.
    I'm guessing it's an unreported outage ( Sage's status site so far not indicating outage )

    @Alnoor Cassim - Syzcon command line returned no error code.  PR tax calc still not working.  Appears to be site outrage????​​

    This might be a sporadic outage. 
    My customer retried and said that the taxes calculated the next time.
