Curious if anyone already knew this. Client on v2021.2 Prem with Oper Mgmt provided access to S/O Inquiry for the Shipping Role, but no matter what it just wouldn't allow access: "You are not authorized for this option" (vs. the normal/standard message, "You are not authorized to access this program"). Turns out I had to additionally enable (below) either 'Allow Sales Order Entry' or 'Allow Work Ticket Entry' (or both) for the Shipping Role: 2. Security Events > Operations Management.
