Over here in Croatia having fun not thinking about Sage but I am following the threads here while my wife is not in the stateroom.
I am at a disadvantage as my VPNs are restricted while out of the country so I can't pull up a copy of Sage.
But I am thinking there is a reset employee password functionality under Paperless Form maintenance. As I recall, you have the ability to set/reset (?) here.
Again, grasping straws. Heading back to the ship's bar to dull the sunburn.

Using a BOI macro in Excel, I can, with a single copy command, paste a value to unlimited DocumentPassword fields in PR_EmployeeDocuments, but unlike DFD&M, I can't clear the cell to an empty string. Neither the SetValue nor the SetValueNoValidation methods are unable to do this. I get the message "The Document Password is required." DocumentPassword is an encrypted field, but by storing a random character there in either my BOI app or DFD&M and checking it with the Paperless button in Employee Maintenance, it appears empty. I don't have a way to test for whether a resulting document would be without a password, so let me know if you can test this for your purposes or if this sparks any interest.
