Request from end user: Occasionally we need a copy of a packing list for a shipment that has left our building already. Usually several days to a week later. Is it possible for MAS90 to print a PDF of every packing list as part of ""Paperless Office"" that we could use for this purpose? If so, would it also do the ones shipped with StarShip?

My initial research: No - only SO Orders and Invoices automatically go to PDF. In order to send print packing lists to pdf you'd need either a third party or to use a PDF writer and save the PDF separately. Am I missing anything?

Why couldn't you create a Crystal Report that said packing list pulling data from invoice history. Does the original specify box also??

Or use an SO form for the packing list and print it to PDF.

All good ideas - I'll explore whether a budget is in place for such a project. It may have been a casual ""hey could we'. Wanted to be sure I wasn't overlooking built-in capability.

if their Sales Order Options have turned ON Shipping, then you can drill down into the Invoice History Inquiry, click on Shipping, and then re-print a Packing List. Not the one from StarShip, but the one from Shipping Data Entry.
