We finally have a draft of the RFP for the conference started.  Please review the link below and provide comments, suggestions, or concerns.  This has been shared with the Education Committee as well.  

Can you please review the Theme/Subtopic categories and add any you think I have left out.  The same goes for the format option.  Thanks!

I think this is pretty good. Daunting, but pretty good. 

You should have at least one Zoom session with people who are considering presenting. The point is to walk through an example or two and elaborate on what you're looking for and why. Create some buzz before the deadline. 

Also, I found one minor typo:
"What is you preferred program format? "
