  • 1.  Reprinting PR Check from History - v2.21.1

    Client ran payroll last month and paperless threw and error (IT using Gmail which times out, but is another issue).  Client is asking if there is a way to reprint from history (a la SO invoices).  I have advised them that they could reprint a history report but that only provides information for that period.

    Any thoughts besides getting IT to fix their Google settings?

    How about save the checks in Paperless?

    That only works if you save the pdf........  Everyone is on DD.  System blew up generating them.  so for the ones affected, no PDF available

    You can save the checks there, too, as pdf, then print again if needed.
