I always print those copies to PDFs first, then efile.  I have not gotten to that point this year yet.  Is this in PR 2025?

@Michele Herzog - where do you find the copy that has 1 employee/vendor per page to print while you are going through it in the first place?  As I went through my 1099 this morning, all I was allowed to print was the Federal copy and the Payer copy.  The VENDOR copy was not an option until after I had finished, then I could go back and print it then.

I also always print to PDF before e-filing and I have not run into this.

@Beth Bowers, I get the federal, state and payer copies also.  I do not get a page per vendor.  I always print the recipient letters as it is 1 letter per vendor that can be e-mailed to the vendor to download the 1099 on their own if needed or the Sage customer can download it from the letter if needed.
