Reposting this from the MAS Support group: Having issues with the MAS CRM integration engine. When I try to hit the ""Load SageCRM Data"" button I receive the message: ""Integration Engine Error: <NewObject Error: 200>. I just had this working during the test upgrade, so I don't know what changed that could have caused this. I have an admin account running the service, and I get the same error message when I turn the firewall off. Any ideas? Should I post to the CRM group?

What did you upgrade from/to. I know if you go from an EES version 4.4 or less to 4.50 you need to get an integration engine patch.

I agree with @JohnWilder - it sounds like all the pieces weren't installed properly on the production upgrade. Would you mind explaining the following though: If this is an upgrade, why are you loading Sage CRM data? It should be accessible automatically after the upgrade, right? I'm missing something here...

I couldn't get the settings in CRM options to save due to the error, so I was just hitting the load button to continually test - otherwise it would close my CRM options. It turns out the admin account the IT people had given to me for the service did not have all full admin rights on both the MAS and CRM server. Once i used a different account for the service, the error went away - go figure.
