Reposting this from the MAS group: On our in-house system (EES 1.4) our Sage CRM somehow got linked to our 2011 backup company. Now when I go to CRM Options and click Load SageCRM Data I get an ""Integration Engine Error: Type mismatch"" When I fist realized that this happened I deleted the CRM module data from the backup company. Anyone know how to link it back to the correct company?

Off the top of my head, I believe you can go into MAS and change this option. You probably should have broken the link before deleting the module from the backup company though. Have you tried installing / activating the CRM integration on the correct comnpany already?

Did you go back into your live company and verify the setups? Is this MAS 4.5?

And did you remove the CRM module from the backup company through Company Maintenance?

Peter, the CRM integration was never turned off in the correct company (production). Back in January, I made a copy of the company in MAS, but it was only recently that I got a message that it was pointing to the backup company and not to the correct one. Should have known better not to copy the CRM module, but I did not think about it at the time. I wonder if I should delete the CRM module in the production company and then recreate it? I am afraid that I may get duplicate data in CRM if I do that. I was hoping that there was some setting related to the Integration Engine that I could change. This is on MAS 4.4 (ie EES 1.4)

Therese, That is correct - I removed it through company maintenance.

Supposedly, if you remove the backup company's CRM module, it should redirect the live one automatically. You haven't installed a 4.5 version have you? My CRM guy (yes Peter, that would be John) says 4.5 installs a different integration engine. Is everything in your CRM options correct?

I did install a copy of 4.5 for client testing, but not the CRM portion module. Even though I did not install the CRM module there must be some components that are installed anyway. I still can't figure out how / why it started pointing to a different company. Maybe I'll re-install 4.4 and see what happens..

This is exactly what we had happen here. I have a copy of the updated integration.exe file you need on your server. Contact me directly if you need a hand.

John, can I just restore the integration.exe file from backup?

I believe you can, but then your 4.50 integration will NOT work. This new .exe file works on both 4.40 and 4.50 moving ahead (or so I've been told). It is working just fine for our internal setup here.

Is there something that I can do on my 4.40 install to get to work?

Just replace the file, restart the service and you should be set.

    Thanks John. That worked perfectly!
