  • 1.  Report Preview Only - No Printing

    Is there a way to limit a user to only preview reports?  Management doesn't want one user to be able to print, only preview.  The user works remotely so they have a printer installed on their laptop, however they do not have access to any of the network printers.

    Betting that user has a PDF printer they could print their preview to...

    @Beth Bowers  Good point.  ... and they could always make screen shots of the preview.
