    Have a client for whom I had added 2 new AR reports to their custom menu a couple of weeks ago and now, while they are still on the Custom Menu, they do not show up in Report Manager.  WTH?  No upgrades or anything in the past weeks.  Would a Menu rebuild help?  The menu isn't actually the problem, and I fear that rebuild could remove them.

    Does the report have any PII data? This happened to me. I eventually ended up adding the report to the GL menu since it had Bank info in it. You can try the Menu Rebuild as well. That solved the issue with another customer where the reports were not showing. Make a backup first.

    Nah, @Kenny Daniel - just Customer data.  I know what you're talking about with the PII data - have seen that in upgrades, but this was just a normal report, just added a couple of weeks ago.  I guess I'll try the menu rebuild, even though it does show as available to run from the Custom Menu.

    Have you tried to add the reports again using the exact same menu name?

    @Doug Higgs - I have not - what I actually wanted to do was to open them up and resave them with some changes as different reports.  I can try that, too, though.

    Take backups.  We had one case of this happening where the menu rebuild completely corrupted the menus.

    Perhaps.... I will just find the reports outside of Sage and back away slowly for now...

    SY_Menu_UI, and just hide the bad report entries, then re-add properly... "should" be safe.
