I absolutely hate it when you get a couple of weeks where you just get pounded by variations of the same thing, like a bunch of Paperless printers that refuse to stop giving you an error -30 but you have to fix each one in a different way....
So the last 2 weeks have been Sage Intelligence. Current issue is two users on the same network, exact same version of Excel. Both have BI Generator and Report Designer Add-In addins as they should. Reran wksetup on the errant workstation, but it still says Report Designer Add-In license required and no Task Pane. Have tried it with Excel open first, then run the report, or run the report with Excel closed. There are a few add-ins on the poopy machine that the good machine doesn't have, but it's PDF and One Drive sort of stuff, not Solver.
I didn't have him try running Sage as Admin - going to give that a go, but let's assume it doesn't work, since I won't get that lucky. Any ideas?
Update - Run As Admin no help. But now it's weirder - we ran it on the good machine and saved 3 months as xls and sent it to him and when he opens them on his machine - the Task Pane is there and everything works! It just doesn't work from inside Sage!
