  • 1.  Repay Script Errors

    Second client today called to report Script errors when processing/entering CCs during invoice entry.  Two in one day???

    Anyone else having client calls of this nature?  ONe is a 2021 user, the other 2023.  Life was good yesterday!

    That is a Repay script, not a Sage script.  Contact their support.

    I also have a client with Repay scripting issues.  Yesterday, I opened a case with Repay and they have identified "some issues affecting the Sage 100 hosted form, after our recent CTP deployment".  That are fixing it.  They said to check here (https://releases.repay.com/) to see if the fix is released.  I checked this morning and don't see anything but haven't heard from my client if there are still experiencing issues.

    In the meantime, they have a temporary workaround that will allow you to continue processing payments without interruption:

    1. When you encounter an error pop-up box while using the Sage 100 hosted form, please select 'YES' to run the script.
    2. After selecting 'YES', the payment will process normally, and you can continue with your operations as usual.

    We have two (so far).   This was an issue with an earlier release too.  The fix below to blow past the errors works. Just annoying
