    Upgraded a client from 2020 Advanced to Sage 2023 Advance on May 30, 2023 and their Repay isn't working.  We have been having a very terrible time getting Repay to respond for support. It is STILL down so we are wondering if anyone has a contact we could reach out to at Repay.

    I typically start with integrations@ (per Wayne's post) and escalate to Brittany when required.  She's the only one there that I have any confidence in, for anything beyond canned answers.

    I emailed integrations@apsmerchants.com and got a response from GARRET PITTARIO regarding upgrade links, etc
