This customer has CRM so you can see that the salesperson is 00. However, if you go into one of the 01 customers, you only see the four-character salesperson number but once you accept it, the salesperson division changes to 01 (you can see it in CRM).
I understand when you create a new customer, the only salespeople available are in whatever division the customer is in - makes sense. So why doesn't it change the salesperson division when you renumber the customer to a new division??
