  • 1.  REMOVE ZERO BALANCES INVOICES

    I believe someone ran this utility in a customer.  I dont see the zero balance invoices..but I dont see any message in the Activity Log that such utility was processed....Is there any way I can see if someone ran it????

    The 0 balance invoices could have been removed during period end or year end processing. The invoices deleted during period end processing are based on the "number of days to retain paid invoices" in AR Setup Options.

    The setup in AR options is 999 days and there is nothing in the activity log that the setup was modified....
