    I am working with a client that has their Sage 100 Premium installed in Corporate NY office, and a second company in Florida.  The Florida company is experiencing "slow" processing of transactions.  Reports and printing run very slow, journals and registers update slowly, etc.  They use a VPN and Terminal Services.  Their IT group is not well versed in this type of a connection, any advice?  What speed of a VPN and/or internet should I be recommending?  Their Corporate internet access is not optimal, and I think that is the problem.  How can I convince them of this?
