  • 1.  Remote Desktop connection

    Customer in Sage100 standard v2018.
    All users connect via Remote Desktop with unified logon.
    In one specific computer, no matter who logins, after Sage 100 opens...it closes...in a matter of 2 seconds.
    Verified windows updates, created new remote desktop connection, viruses....no idea.
    If user logins other workstations...it does not happen.

    Maybe try re-creating sy_workstation and sy_console.

    Delete the Sage 100 folder out of the user's My Documents folder and try again (using the Classic desktop option).

    Auto logoff activated?  I have one client that periodically this starts happening to.  If you deselect auto logoff, life goes on.  About half the users are still on for logoff.
