  • 1.  Remittance Advice (Extended Stub Report) v2019

    Riddle me this, Batman.

    In client system (v2019.2 with Scanco's Property Management), the Details section (highlighted in the screenshots) prints above the invoice lines (GF2A).

    On my local (v2019.3 without Scanco), using the exact .rpt template (I copied the one from my local to their system), this is the result:

    I can't figure out why the Details section is printing above the invoice lines on their system.  The desired result is the one from my local system.  Thoughts?

    Is this an issue with customized forms and when one form code vs another is used? I made these notes the last time something similar came up in late May.

    @Barbara Goldstein This looks like some of the voodoo in the Payroll Check form :)  I've not see this happen in this form previously.  This must a program difference in the customer's system, since you have different results with the exact same form (copied from your system), unless it is in PU2 (and changed in PU3).  When I test I get the same result as in your system - standard form, v2019.3. I see nothing in Crystal that controls where the line prints.

    I'm going to have to dig around in the data files.  Same form, different results in different environments suggests data.
