118 YTD units of SIA -- that seems low - wonder what the churn is. Only 10% growth for Sage Payment?

I think SPS had its biggest growth in its first couple years. Most of the existing customers who needed it converted then, and they now heavily rely on new customer and maybe reinstatements.

Where is Doug LaBahn - shouldn't he be on this call?

11 migrations to X3 wins you Migration award globally - looks like X3 is a tight match for PFW migrators.

Highlighting The Answer Company and its migration success and philosophy is, I think, the underlying message they want us to consider.

Looks like about 5,000 registered for Summit (or they are reasonably confident they're achieve 5k) - they're aiming for 6,000 and it seems their final push will be to locals who could drive to Las Vegas. It is going to be interesting to see if Sage Summit holds attendee interest vs the typical distractions of Vegas. If it does not hold interest then this radical change in the conference will probably be Sage career ending for a few Sage folks. The main concern being that if you have a poor conference experience it becomes difficult to fill it the next year (save for a $99 advance offer). I'd be curious to know what % of registrations were via the $99 early offer. Also it looks like that $99 offer is still available - Sage will work with people on a $199 discounted admission if you show them a marketing plan. Then during the closing comments of this call I could swear Sage said that a $99 offer was an option too. I know they said they are direct mailing/emailing people from Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce to attend at the $ 99 rate (Gee wonder how many conference organizers do that as well? ).

Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce: our Sage 100 ERP customer and the one customer I was able to pull into the RV tour on a weekend with less than 48 hours notice. Why won't Sage ask for help?
