    Reminder: If you are installing product updates for customers with payroll - be sure you have a copy of their new keys or you may find payroll is disabled.

    the NEW keys are not listed on the Sage Portal any longer?

    Don't know - are you saying that news keys aren't in the portal? I'm not aware that they were removed.

    It IS difficult to tell if the new keys are there. I looked last night and this is the only thing that I see 2016. Can't tell you how much angst I have over this. It is less than 50/50 whether the keys work the first time....

    How far back do this go? Are the new keys necessary for installing updates to v2014.....v2013...v4.5x....etc?

    I tested on a customer who did NOT have payroll. I was not prompted for keys. I'm thinking the new keys are only needed for supported levels that are also payroll users -- I believe that means 2013+ (though I'm a little murky on whether Sage will push out an IRD for 4.5 since they issued an ACA related PU).

    New keys are only needed if client is running PR.
