  • 1.  Remigrating v2019 Files with PR2019

    Still not feeling the love in search HL for prior posts.  Where are the magic words to open the doors???

    V2019 migration including v2019 PR.  I migrated files last weekend, converted and set up v2019 PR.  Tested a PR and matched calculations from prior PR to the penny.  I want to go live tonight but do NOT want to reconvert PR, just copy all the other MAS_xxx folders over to v2019 and run the conversion.  My hope is that the PR folder will be skipped (already done) and the other modules will convert without issue.  Worst case scenario is remigrate and reconvert everything.

    Is this plan viable?  Has someone posted their best practices for doing this?  Is there a KB on the topic?  Are there tidbits on SageTalk?

    All thoughts are welcomed

    Have they done any more payroll entries in their live version? If so, you will have to remigrate and yes, do your setups again. I would suggested making a backup of your test conversion prior to re-migrating so you can look back at the settings, etc.
