We have a process (Canadian EFT) which requires a bank transfer. Using a new source journal, the Format settings get saved there (type, from / to bank code, offset account...), so the user mainly just needs to click through and enter the $ amount. This won't work for a large volume of repeated transactions, but might be applicable for more modest requirements.

Sadly, if they would provide the same functionality to all three types of JE's...... Seems like a no brainer.
I have done what others recommend with the VI. Is client using AR module?

Not that I'm aware of, assuming you're referring to the line items/detail. Maybe a VI Import would help?
