Customer only keeping 365 days paid invoice history.  Has an audit, needs 2018 year end AR and AP TB.
    No copies anywhere (amazing).
Any ideas?  I'm coming up empty.

How far back are they keeping the AR cash receipts history?  Maybe use this as transaction payment driver?  VERY long shot

That's the only thing I could think, but I just don't think I would want to stake a balance on it.  There's invoice adjustments via AR, maybe, etc, etc - blech

Hunt for an old MAS90 folder backup, which might have the data?
If you are going to try and re-create something from invoice history and cash receipts history, good luck.  If you have those from the beginning of time, you might be OK, but the year end purges won't be aligned how you might hope.
If you have DSD Multi-Currency don't even try to re-create the data without AR_TransactionPaymentHistory / the DSD programmed report.  The logic of how invoices are considered paid when there is a mismatch of entry and payment currency is practically impossible to reproduce in a custom report.

If you are out of options, report on all activity (by vendor / customer) after the date they want, then subtract that from the "now" report results... which "should" leave the correct balances as of the requested date.  Messy, but better than nothing.

Hm. Theoretically, because of their type of company, the number of customers shouldn't be TOO huge...  Something to pass along.

Yes, I asked about the test company (they refresh all the time) and old backups - nuttin'.  I asked if they'd ever had to email them to a bank maybe, because of a line of credit verification or something.  Nope. *sigh*
