Sage100 Advanced 2023 SP1. Recently upgraded from 2021. Customer is getting random errors at different times with different users and different companies. Allways when doing Inventory / Transaction Entry / Adjustment. Happens when entering Lines.
Record XXX ADR A01 CI_Item C005 F is missing from SY1Q04.SOA
Record XXX DE A01 CI_Item C003 F is missing from SY1Q04.SOA
XXX is the company code, Does not happen every time and cannot be duplicated. When it happens, the Inventory Transaction Register cannot be updated, and the file needs to be Reinitialized. Customer has Scanco Multi-Bin.They used to have Mapadoc. They installed it many years ago but never used it. It was not brought over when we did the 2023 upgrade.SY1Q04.SOA is part of the Lookup files. I did the Lookup Conversion multiple times, Rebuilt CI_Item, searched here and on the Sage KB.
Anyone seen this before or has any ideas?
