    I have a customer running Sage 100 v2020 Premium / SQL in the Los Angeles area looking to change their IT / Managed Service Provider. Being a local provider is not a requirement as the vast majority of service done today is done remotely. They have 2 physical servers in a server closet, both running Hyper-V  hypervisors. Among those 2 are 8 virtual servers (VMs), including the Sage App Server and SQL Server. 80 workstations total. Their main office is in Carson, CA and they have 2 remote offices in IL and GA that connect via RDS. Side note: Their current provider is a Microsoft Solution Provider and today they pay their Office 365 CALs and Datto backup (on-premise and off-site) service through them.

    My customer she is looking recommendations for competitively priced local or national providers.

    Hi Alnoor, I recently partnered with a a new IT provider. They actually bought out the old IT provider I worked with. So far I am very pleased. They are nationwide and have about 50 employees. I assume you will continue to provide the Sage support since they are NOT Sage100 certified or anything like that. Call or email me if you wish to discuss. Thanks.

    I have a customer on Sage 100 Premium that is using Baroan - https://www.baroan.com/


    I believe they are NJ based.

    They recently did a migration of the customer's on-prem servers to Azure including moving all the Sage 100 Premium with minimal issues. The customer is high volume and has a plethora of add-ons including Altec, ScanForce, CIMcloud, Starship, etc.

    Disclaimer - It was minimal issues to me, however the end-user/customer may provide a different side of their experience.
