Recently upgraded client to Sage 2013 from 4.30. When they preview journals & registers they look fine. When they print it is all black. They are in a Citrix environment, but Sage 100 ERP (STD) is the only program with this problem. I've already gone into Report Format Maintenance and reset to default. This is the same printer they've been printing to. Any ideas or suggestions?

What version of Adobe are they using? We just had a client that was on a newer version and we put them back to version 10 and that fixed it.

Are they printing from preview? If so what happens if they bypass preview to print? I think Diana is right there has been some discussion of this issue and I believe it related to Adobe.

Foxit and Nitro both have free PDF programs that are much lighter on resources and less likely to cause conflicts than Adobe Bloatware.

It appears they can print to another printer without issue, sounds like a print driver issue? and/or combination with the Adobe version (which is 10.1.8).

You may want to see if there is more than one copy of the offending printer showing on the terminal server.

I've used CUTE pdf writer for years. It's free, works great, not a hog. Just an option :)
