    Recent orphan account has never had PO receipt of invoice turned on, so PO clearing report is now 2500+ pages. Sage 100 advanced 2014. Any ideas on bulk clearing of that? No GL fix needed as all product lines had the inventory account as the purchases clearing account (and the adjustment, and the variance) <sigh>

    Import receipt of invoice to match quantity received. Be sure to change unit cost to 0

    Purge Obsolete for the really old stuff they don't care about.

    How far away are they from v2015??? If close, recommend they upgrade to v2015 for the PO history, make sure your set up options are correct, then purge the open table. Problem goes away plus they have the PO history FWIW..

    Yes, but Phil said it doesn't matter since accounts in Product Line Maintenance are the same
