I think we should amend form 1024 to be 90 Minds , Inc as that seems to be the easiest.

Oops. The question is what should it be. I guess 90 Minds , Inc. in the corporation name so that is what we should go with. Jim

Whatever we incorporated in CT is what we will go with.....

Just tell them we are the CT chapter of the Tea Party. That ought to end any chance of an audit :)
