Received the following from a client. Any ideas?
""As you probably know, we upgraded to Sage 100 ERP 2013 back in December. The problem I think needs immediate attention for me is the ""missing"" designer on forms. For example, in pick sheet printing, in our previous version there was a DESIGNER button in the print window that's gone.
Now, I thought I could just modify / tweak the form from Library Master / Report Manager, however there are 2 buttons that seem to be missing I don't know what they are, but I'm guessing one of them is the 'edit' button. (and before you ask, I'm logged in as the all-powerful IT guy's user..not my own) J
Now, you might want to further know why I need to get access into the designers again, and one pertinent reason is that you previously helped me tweak the Pick Sheet form so that the aging and credit card authorization info printed right on the pick. I know that things got changed in 2013 version, IE: where credit card information is stored well that move made the credit authorization STOP printing. Therefore the flag shown below which says ""do not include unauthorized orders"" = it means nothing and therefore leaves the door open for someone in our company to ship an order that has no authorization posted that could be very bad.
