    Than you to all the people who have assisted in our recovery. We had never had a succesful intrusion in 18 years and survived all the WannaCry and other big named issues previously. This was different because we were definitely targeted by a very professional ring of criminals who extracted a heavy financial , physical and emotional toll from our team. The cyber security team we engaged had seen this group before and almos timmediately went against ther standard don't pay we can help you line when they saw the code and who we were dealing with. We have learned a lot from this experience and are already rebuilding in a way that will mitigate downtime in a similar or other type of attack. We also learned a ton about our people and partners by the way they responded. I am grateful for my team and for the freinds we have in the community.
