Received a call yesterday from an orphan MAS 200 user. It is a huge company that uses MAS 200 in 2 of it's larger divisions. Met with management today and I proposed a needs analysis as a first step to developing an action plan.
Apparently, users are not happy with the system, it is under-utilized, not configured properly, etc etc. I want to do a needs analysis in tandem with a MAS 200 review and see if I can make some recommendations to turn this mess around, 1. improve productivity, 2. improve attitudes of the users., 3. Give management some meaningful information.
Does anyone have a good outline for a MAS 200 manufacturer / distributor requirements analysis? Any suggestions would be welcome. Wishing I already had my FOTF training as they are asking for a proposal on a needs analysis.
