Just upgraded customer from v2015 to v2018 (certain add-ons not available in 2019). Now, every Receipt of Invoice they do is creating a PV Journal. Receipt of Goods is being done correctly but Receipt of invoice shows double what it was received in for. For example, item was received in ROG at $10.00. When entering the Invoice some days later, the journal says the item was received at $20.00 and because the Invoiced amount is $10.00 it is creating a PV Journal. They do have various add-on's like ACSG Multi-Bin and DSD Multi-Currency but before I start calling them I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before. Thank you

After posting a RoG, check the QuantityReceived and ReceivedAmt fields to make sure they are accurate.  (I believe that is where the PV numbers come from).
