Receipt of Goods: DTR, clients answers ""YES"" to print the DTR, immediately receives prompt stating ""File is empty"". Upon review of G/L all transactions are posted properly, even though there is no evidence of transactions on anyone else's DTR. Ideas??

Did it happen just that one time or is it happening consistently? Have you actually witnessed it?

Could someone have been running the DTR from GL at just the right moment?

It is happening with ROGS only. Yes, I have witnessed it. I had Master Console up also, nobody in GL & no one else updating in PO. But if you check the GL Detail by Source; there it is!! Automagically...They do not even Preview the DTR, Print only. it has been happening for months.

Enhancements? Custom programming? What version? Happens every time?

Is paperless setup and if so, does the DTR show up there as well? What version?

MAS90 v4.5, no enhancements to PO, but they are running WMS (should have no bearing on DTR functionality ONLY), no custom programming. Paperless is setup, but only for Period End Processing. I did however go check the paperless directories, just in case :) - not there.......Yes, happens every bloody time they perform Receipt of Goods. Does not happen with Receipt of Invoice.

Does it happen to all users? Could it be a rights issue?

That is what I thought at first. All of the users have sufficient rights to the DTR - I even gave them GL/DTR posting just in case there is something funky happening - no change. Yes - at this point it is all users. If this was a rights issue would the users not be prompted? Other modules are prompting is the rights are not sufficient.
