Key Updates

• Community Launch: Two Intacct community groups created - Urgent Support and Sage Intacct Consultant Community. Over 20 consultants will be automatically added with notifications.  

• Onboarding: Began adding Intacct consultants under the new flat-fee structure; initial responses positive.

• Education Committee: Two Intacct consultants added, ensuring Intacct content and perspective are included.

• Library & Content: Intacct folder established in the Content Library. Next step: begin gathering information and resources from ISVs.

• Conference Planning: Agreement to pursue strong technical speakers (Aaron Harris, Lewis Sterio, Mark Miller) and ISV engagement for the 2026 Meeting of the Minds.

Discussion Highlights

• Community Structure: Confirmed the need for both consultant-only and urgent support spaces, with Martha identified as a potential moderator for urgent issues.

• Content Development: Tag list to be developed collaboratively to improve search and categorization.

• Sage Intacct Partnership: Outreach planned to Rob, Katie McCluskey, John Hendrickson, and others to align with Sage's structure and explore collaboration.

• Onboarding Strategy: Highlighted importance of firm-level outreach to identify and onboard all consultants.

• Conference Direction: Emphasis on technical content and consultant-led sessions. Committee members asked to recommend ISVs and consultants as speakers.

Action Items

• Anne:

  • Begin gathering ISV content/resources for the new Library folder.

  • Reach out to Rob, Katie, John, Nancy; continue pursuing Aaron Harris.

  • Launch collaborative tag document for the community.

  • Follow up with Sage re: speaker options.
