Confidential: Sage Brand Transformation:  Not to be shared with clients at this time
    • New Sage Brand will launch in Spring 2022, Partners will be notified of details first.
    • Sage Brand Assets and Content will post to the Sage Partner Portal
    • Training will be offered for: Brand Principles, Brand Philosophy, Brand Expressions, Brand Elements and Customer Impact
    • Will be live for Sage Partner Summit 2022 in Dallas 7-10 June
This was shared via an email from the Partner Hub; entitled "Ready Steady Sage"

I hope there is more thought put into this one than "lets call everything Sage 100", or "let's call our on premise solution cloud".

Which large companies have made big gains after a successful rebranding? Not snarking, genuinely curious.  My mind is blank on any rebranding this morning.

Yawn.....  Always nice to know that there is money for growing the brand (SOTA).  And rebrand (MAS90).  And rebrand (Sage).  And rebrand (Best)...  And rebrand (Sage)...  And rebrand (Sage 100)...  And rebrand (Sage100c)...  And rebrand (Sage100 Cloud)...  And rebrand (Sage????)...  @Wayne Schulz - Which envelope are we opening?  @Beth Bowers  Just being snarky here.  Too bad I will not be at MOTM.  The "Cloud Ahead" presentation might be interesting for once.

@Jeff Schwenk I was just going to mention the three envelopes - which seem to mirror Sage's management playbook

While I have no clue what's coming, I have also been watching this "Ready, Steady, Sage" email.
I have a hard time imagining the next global re-organization isn't close.

So far I have not picked up on any new logos or materials being sent to new hires.

I also wonder if Lee Perkins - even though he is still listed as COO - is going to be gone soon based on his absence from the Sage Executive Executive Leadership Team page.  It's too coincidental that as COO his name is not on that page. Either that or Sage has terrible web designers who are months behind updating the site...

I'll be regularly covering this type of news in my industry newsletter soon ( sign up here )

I had to go look this up... Re-Branding.   Dunkin Donuts --> Dunkin.  Energizer Batteries with the black and white battery added the "Pink Bunny".  And of course Old Spice was nothing special until they got an ex football player to ride a horse bare chested saying "Look at your man, now back at me".  Clever Ad and and smart social media.

    I am curious...

Music group Trade winds became TW4 then rebranded as Styx.

What if they paid someone a boatload of money to come up with the new tagline "Ready, Steady, Sage"?

One of the downsides to having the company run by bean counters without a vision other than short term profits.

When the Sage Partner Hub was first launched I suggested it would be very helpful if they could add a "what's new" stream of newly added articles, information, etc. It's very difficult to surface information from the Hub unless you go into every menu choice and look at the date stamps on the information posted.

Has anyone found such a "What's New" for the Partner Hub?
Someplace you can look to see all updates in a chronological order regardless of where the update was made?
