If you can run a standard report on encrypted PR data once it's gone read-only, a BOI script can load the work table with the fields unencrypted such that an Excel query or Crystal report could pull them.

Brett - I had a customer who had let their payroll expire and I was able to use both ODBC and VI on payroll.
