I do not want to set up the presidence of Affilaite support staff having access to the Socialcast groups that are meant for members to share their issues and support with each other. We have established two SC groups for Vendors, and they should use them, but they rarely do. If we allow support staff access for one Affilaite then it won't be long before they all want it. JobOps is not an exception, in my opinion, they are rather an example and if they want to communicate their fixes and/or address issues that may arise, then they have the means used by any other vendor/publisher. Our group is strong and supportive because we don't have to worry about vendors reading our posts and we can be open and candid with each other. I would not want to change that dynamic, I wouldn't want to lose what we have. If you create a separate JobOps group for bugs then what about the other Affiliates, we have a group for each of them? Let Joe use what we have established, Vendor Member Solutions and Industry New & Discussions. We can send out a general discussion post to remind our membership to post problems they have on any Affiliate product to Vendor Member Solutions.
