Customer data is the key to the Sage Advisor Dashboard for Partners, so make sure to encourage your customers to turn on PEP data collection now, so that you can take full advantage of all the features in the dashboard.

Them and their scheduled webinars. Why can't they have more recorded video links. Who has time to constantly block out chunks of their work days to watch 60 minute webinars that you can scrub through in 10 minutes

I will agree - cannot remember a Sage webinar that had any substantial content that could not be read off a PPT slide on your off time.

@WayneSchulz - Hard to tell if you parroting Joe or if you are in 100% agreement with turning on the PEP. In the beginning, there were issues with it so I typically ask the customer if they want to send the data to Sage or not. Most tell me to turn it off. Is there a change in the air?

@JeffSchwenk - yes I copied/pasted that paragraph from the email because I thought it was telling. It's the one thing Sage probably needs the channel for...

Cherry on top ... it's 90 minutes. Imagine all of the questions they could avoid in an hour and a half.
