Reading Seth's story it sounded as if it added a boatload of people to UXC

Looks like I was right. This is firesale pricing. 21 million for a 215 person ERP VAR. And I think it probably cost close to 200 million to build that group with all the various acquisitions http://www.accountingtoday.com/accounting-technology/news/the-tech-take-1-13-1469256-1.html

Wonder what that does to ERP valuations... And I love Seth's analysis - he never thinks there's much odd about anything. Oh Tecture had to pay someone to buy them? Yeah I wouldn't read too much into that...
